Board of Directors

  • Dolores has over 25 years of experience in the social impact and international development sector. She has devised and delivered nationally recognized social impact models across Africa and engaged government ministries securing the replication of approaches and programs widely throughout the region. She holds a master’s degree in development studies from the University of Manchester, UK, as well as Executive Education Certificates from Harvard University, USA, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University College of London. Motivated by social transformation, culturally relevant solutions to global development and social justice, Dolores brings her extensive experience working in policy, program design and scaling social innovations to the team.

  • Elizabeth has a keen interest in helping organizations achieve excellence through strategic use of evaluation software. She is a retired chartered accountant/chartered public accountant, with more than 25 years of involvement in various disciplines (financial, health, manufacturing), including as the principal of a practice, consultant, and senior manager of a global consulting firm. Her experience includes over two decades of volunteer board directorships.

  • Rolene is a qualified research and evaluation professional with over eighteen years' experience supporting strategic planning processes; informing institutional and public-sector policy initiatives within NGOs, IGOs, government departments and policy teams in Canada, the United States, Africa, Asia, Middle East, the Pacific and the Caribbean. Rolene’s key skills and experience include: Policy Research; Program and Institutional Evaluation; Strategic Planning; Program Development, Grant Writing; M&E System Development; and Capacity Building. She also brings specific knowledge and experience of health, education and rule of law development programming. Rolene is currently based in Ottawa, where she is completing her doctoral study in Policy and Public Administration.

  • Salima Shariff, MSc, BSc(H) is a skilled design strategist with experience working in the health, social, and technology sectors. She has worked both within and across sectors to address issues related to experience design, gaps in service, and equity. Salima has extensive experience leading teams through 2–3 month design thinking and visioning exercises that synthesize qualitative research, quantitative data, industry comparisons, systems analysis, process mapping, and workshops into aspirational north stars and actionable delivery roadmaps. She holds a Master’s in the evaluation of complex social interventions from Oxford University.

Neil brings several years of extensive leadership in the higher education and non-profit sectors to his role. As a frequent writer and commentator on social and community issues, Neil’s writing has appeared in numerous publications.

  • Peggy joined LogicalOutcomes as Office Manager in June 2020. In addition to her work at LO, she also owns a rock-climbing gym in Mississauga Ontario. Her entrepreneurial expertise carries into the day-to-day management of administrative and financial matters at LogicalOutcomes. While this is her first experience working with a non-profit organization, she is happy to be contributing to an organization whose focus is to help other mission-driven organizations around the world.

  • Sara contributes to LogicalOutcomes in roles including project owner, project manager, researcher and analyst, on projects in all service areas. Since 2015 under her leadership, LogicalOutcomes has supported 15+ non-profits and international development organizations pilot, adopt, and/or enhance their DHIS2 system for MEAL initiatives. From 2016-2021 Sara was the Executive Director of LogicalOutcomes, overseeing steady growth in personnel, projects, and revenue. Sara brings 20+ years' experience in management (retail, administration, event planning, non-profit governance, and communications), with a B.A. in International Development from the University of Guelph.

  • Sophie is an evaluator and project manager with 15 years of experience in research and evaluation with non-profit organizations. One of her greatest joys in life is working with organizations to develop streamlined evaluation processes that use accessible tools to produce useful insights. At LogicalOutcomes, Sophie conducts evaluations, facilitates training in evaluation, and designs and manages systems that support non-profits to capture their impact and improve their effectiveness.

  • Georgi is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Based in Bulgaria, Georgi brings years of professional experience as an internal and financial auditor, working with European companies across industries, making recommendations to eliminate violations and deficiencies.

    As a consultant to LogicalOutcomes, Georgi works on DHIS2 ‘quick start’ projects, contributing to capturing requirements, system configuration, project management, and as a trainer and coach. Areas of expertise: DHIS2, financial auditing, internal auditing, risk assessment, data security, program review.

  • Dr. Gillian Kerr is a co-founder of LogicalOutcomes and an evaluator and organizational psychologist for over 30 years. She now provides research, systems analysis and evaluation support for LogicalOutcomes projects.

  • Kristiyan is an Environmental scientist with a solid experience in research, data management, and system configuration through completing projects for international and local organizations, companies, and governmental institutions. Kristiyan has been part of the LogicalOutcomes family for 6+ years working primarily with DHIS2 products and services.

  • Betania designs, analyses and manages the development and implementation of different IT solutions centered on final users and process improvement. She has 20+ years of experience in UX design, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Product Management. She is PMP certified and has a master's science degree in Health Information Management.

  • Martha is an evaluation specialist at LogicalOutcomes. She has worked globally, with a commitment to conducting evaluations that make a positive difference. She has been recognized for her contribution to evaluation in Canada, sits on the CES credentialing board and is a CES Fellow.
