At LogicalOutcomes, our dedication to enhancing organizational evaluation and learning capacity underscores all that we do. As a Canadian-registered nonprofit, our mission is to empower stakeholders through the thoughtful use of data, technology, and information.  

Over the past decade, we've carved out a niche as pragmatic, independent evaluators and researchers known for delivering high-quality work and providing excellent client service.

We combine a deep understanding of evaluation theory with practical insights into the organizations and communities we serve. By integrating evaluation into the core of program planning and execution, we help organizations operate based on solid evidence, which is key in achieving sustainable impact.

Our expertise as an internationally recognized evaluation firm allows us to support various entities both virtually and in-person, from non-profits and charities to public sector agencies. 

Founded in 2013 by Dr Gillian Kerr and Neil Price, LogicalOutcomes is a network of approximately 30 researchers, evaluators, and consultants. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors, led by President Salima Shariff and managed by Executive Director Neil Price.
