With a proud decade-long legacy as an influential non-profit consultancy, we've worked with esteemed organizations like the Ontario Trillium Foundation, College of Family Physicians of Canada, Humber College, Fleming College, and The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO). We've made significant strides in increasing our impact, investing in cutting-edge technology platforms, and leading efforts to build evaluation capacity across the nonprofit sector.

Who We’re Looking For

We're particularly interested in individuals with legal, technology, and finance backgrounds, who have a strong commitment to ethical practices and a knack for conflict resolution. Prior experience with non-profits is a plus.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board of Directors provides direction, oversight and governance to LogicalOutcomes in support of our organizational mandate. In action, these responsibilities include:

  • Acting as an advocate and ambassador for LogicalOutcomes ​

  • Becoming familiar with our organizational mission and community impact​

  • Understanding and prioritizing inclusion / anti-oppression principals​

  • Attending quarterly Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM)​

  • Participating in at least one committee or working group of the Board or taking on a volunteer role in one or more LogicalOutcomes project(s)​

  • Being available to serve for a term of 2 years
